Most AI talk mixes two frequencies. Could we? is what the tools make possible. Should we? is what deserves to be built. I run both in Kalopanayiotis: Practice Labs at the winery first, then outdoor and flip-chart work on judgement and impact. The village is the other extreme on purpose.

Most of us are driving AI off-road without knowing how to engage the 4x4 gear. Wine about AI is a small-group evening with no projector and no laptops: just flipcharts around the room, a glass of wine, and space to ask anything.
